     ​Joyce has been in practice since graduating from the original North Carolina School of the Healing Arts as a Holistic Massage Therapist in 2001. The curriculum emphasized natural, non-invasive healing modalities. Included were courses in Lymphatic and Swedish Massage, Nutrition, Herbology, Reflexology, Bio-Magnetics and Kinesiology, Aromatherapy, Holistic Communication, and Energy Medicine. She is a Reiki Master Teacher (Usui), and she apprenticed with two Naturopath physicians after graduation.

      Her services include Lymphatic Massage, Reflexology, Bio-Kinesiology, Reiki and Raindrop Aromatherapy Technique.  Joyce uses Young Living essential oils exclusively in her practice and also offers the Zyto Compass Bio-Scan to help determine which YL products are most needed by your body at any specific time.  In addition, she teaches Raindrop and Reiki classes. 
     In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and gardening, reading, traveling, ballroom dancing and learning about new natural health modalities.

     ​​Mary is a graduate of The Medical Arts School in Raleigh, NC.  Originally from central NY, she came to Raleigh by way of Boston in 1995.  Mary has been doing massage on family and friends throughout her life and eventually decided to learn more about massage, and get certified, so she could help others on a professional level. 
      She caters each session to what the client needs that day and uses a range of techniques, and pressures, to help facilitate the release of tension.  Techniques include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, SMRT (spontaneous muscle release technique), and Neuromuscular Therapy.  Mary’s other interests include working with local theatre groups, Irish dancing, cross-stitching, reading and travelling. Schedule an appointment with Mary to experience a relaxation and therapeutic massage .

    David is a graduate of Florida College of Natural Health in Pompano Beach, FL and Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine 

in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He also studied Jin Shin Do Acupressure with Iona Marsaa Teeguarden and Rene Ryan at

Wellness Therapy Institute in Willowbrook, IL. He has been doing massage therapy for over 20 years. He has studied

and practiced many types of Oriental massage techniques including: Jin Shin Do, Jin Shin Jytsu, Shiatsu, Ashiatsu, TuiNa, AnMo, Thai 

Massage, etc. He has also studied other massage techniques including: Swedish, Trager, Feldenkrais, Neuromuscular, Bindegeweb, 

​Cranial Sacral, Connective Tissue Therapy, Myofacial Release, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, etc.
