TaiJi/QiGong Fundamentals and Forms Class Sunday 2/2, 2/8, 2/15, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15 8:45-9:45 a.m.

In the beginning of class, we will do warm-ups to stretch or bodies, elongate and decompress the joints, unwind the tendons and muscle fascia. Next, we will work on fundamentals of rooting, sensing and releasing tension in our bodies. Then we will increase the Qi in our bodies with breathing techniques and some basic QiGong movements. Toward the middle of class we will transition into TaiJi form pracitce learning and perfecting the Yang TaiJi 24 form. This class series is appropriate for beginners to advanced practitioners. I will guide you as needed.
