​    This course will teach you how to safely and effectively treat Trigger Points (TrPs) in the Hips, Leg and Foot. We will review the anatomical structures and functions of the muscles and fascia in these areas. I will teach you how to diagnose TrPs and use specific needling techniques to treat them. We will also go over complementary therapies to treat TrPs including: electrical stimulation, manual therapy, moxibustion, cupping and topical herbal applications. This wholistic approach is so much more than other reductionist practitioners can offer patients to resolve TrPs.
