​Slow Flow and Align

A therapeutic yet energetic slow flow practice that integrates clear alignment principles to bring greater awareness to the relationship between the physical body and more subtle bodies (mental/emotional/spiritual). Through connection of movement with breath, we'll create space to generate a balance between stability and freedom, strength and flexibility. This class encourages practitioners to maintain alignment with their inner wisdom and honor their infinite potential on and off the mat! All levels are welcome whether you are just beginning or looking to deepen your practice. Props and modifications are always provided to meet your needs.​  1 hour 15 minutes​​

​Vinyasa- 1

   Practiced at a slower pace than Vinyasa 1-2 class, this class allows students to flow slowly and smoothly. We'll work on Sun Salutations, build a little heat, gain additional strength, flexibility and stamina and have a restful Savasana. This is a great preparations class for more advanced classes and is ideal for those who have completed the Introduction to Yoga Workshop or have taken Yoga 101. A great confidence builder for those who may have practiced and are reconnecting to their practice. All levels welcome. ​1 hour 15 minutes

​Vinyasa 1-2

  Creative flows and integrated pranayama become a moving meditation. This practice enables students to embrace life's challenges with grace, strength, power and confidence. Guided breath control with sequenced movement will build stamina, increase physical strength, flexibility, improve balance of body, mind and spirit. Each practice is an original up-beat and energetic combination of elements incorporating pranayama (breathing), asana (postures) and dharana (concentration), concluded by a lengthy and peaceful Savasana (relaxation). The Yoga-Mojo Vinyasa practice is designed to provide a sufficient challenge for seasoned Yoga practitioners, while remaining warmly open and accessible for beginners. All experience levels are welcomed and supported. ​1 hour 15 minutes

​Yoga for Seniors

     ​This class is geared to Seniors or for those wanting a more gentle, slower paced class. You will be instructed and supported in learning the process of poses, breathing techniques, and the use of props. This class follows the program of a regular practice but at a slower pace and with a range of modifications to make the poses progressively more accessible. Yoga can help reduce stress, improve circulation, build community connections and address challenges that result from chronic health conditions such as arthritis, heart disease,and osteoporosis. Build confidence in your yoga practice or simply enjoy this more gentle approach to the practice of yoga~  60 minutes

Strong Roots Yoga: Chakra Balance Moving Meditation

   ​​This Sun and Moon energy (Hatha) oriented practice is carefully designed to invoke your more receptive self. This class will include traditional Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) variations infused with centering, gentle, held postures cultivating a greater awareness of your entire being.

Hatha Yoga (All Levels)

     ​The Classical Hatha Yoga is considered by many the original system of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align the skin, muscles, and bones. The postures also aim at opening the many channels of the body, especially along the spine, so that prana (our life-force) can freely flow. Regular practice of yoga restores balance in the body as well as calms the mind. 1 hour 30 minutes
